Deliveries & Returns Policy
Delivery
All orders for stock items received by 3.00pm on a normal working day will be despatched the same day. Standard delivery is either by 1st class post or via our courier network and you can expect your goods to arrive within 2 to 3 days of purchase subject to stock availability.
All orders over £50 excluding VAT are deemed carriage paid on UK mainland, orders of a net value less than £50 excluding VAT will be subject to a £5.00 carriage charge. Overnight and timed deliveries are available at additional charge, contact our sales team on 0117 972 0030 for further information.
Should any part of your order be out of stock we will advise you of the outstanding items and complete the delivery when stock becomes available.
Damaged Goods, Breakages and Product Failure
In the unlikely event of your parcel being damaged in transit, please report the problem our sales team within 24 hours of the receipt of the package, and we will resolve the problem.
Product failure on receipt is unusual, in the unlikely event of the lamp failing early please contact our sales team who will endeavour to resolve any issues you may have.
Please note that faulty products are returned to the manufacturer for testing.
Returns
Goods can be returned at any time up to 28 days from date of purchase, and a full credit will be raised provided that the goods arrive unused and undamaged in re-saleable condition. Returns must be arranged in advance with our Sales Team who will issue the appropriate paperwork to ensure full traceability of the products returned.
