Fast on the heels of the famous Master Classic comes another halogen energy saver. The Eco Classic!
The Eco Classic offers a 30% energy saving when replacing incandescent lamps with double the life expectancy. However, at first glance this may not seem like the ideal solution when after all there are other energy savers around that can offer up to 70% savings. 

In the same product group alone the Master Classic offers a 50% saving whist offering a longer life and a better quality of light but what the Eco Classic offers is a much lower investment cost. Coming in at nearly 6 times lower than the Master Classic it is not that much more than an incandescent lamp in its own right.
The Eco Classics are also available in a wider rage of wattages and shapes now including R50 and R64 reflectors.
It offers a sparkly warm light and has the ability to operate on a dimmer switch too. Without the electronic gear of the Master Classic it also has no weight issues. Only a 10% increase in weight on a traditional incandescent lamp the Eco Classic can be used as an alternative in chandeliers and glass armed fittings where the Master Classic could not be installed.
